Description
The Airbus Pilot Cadet Training Programme, developed in cooperation with ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile, provides an Airline Training Pilot integrated (ATPi) carried out in one of the locations in the Airbus Training network with one of our flight school partners.
The programme has been designed to provide a harmonious curriculum from day one to the end of the course. In particular, it incorporates competency-based training starting from day one and targets an efficient and effective means of training to produce pilots that are immediately "operational".
The Airbus programme will also soon provide both a standard ATPi programme and also a High Potential programme destined at providing a fast track to Captain course for candidates that show high potential.
